Liminal Space : A crossing over space, where you have left something behind, yet are not fully in something else. A space of transition.
Entering into Liminal Space
Following your instincts, wanting a change, trying for something that is more meaningful, or a better fit.
- This likely is a slower-growing realization, something that emerges over time. A response to a growing unease or increased awareness or desire for more. This tends to be the people who seek out career coaching, not quite able to put their finger on what they need or why, but have a deep sense of something needing to change.
- The timing of liminal space is likely very different between client and counsellor, and one that needs to be understood and explored. Clients may even still be deciding whether or not to cross a threshold during your initial conversations.
