Wayfinding Career Program
You know something needs to change.
You’re just not sure what, or where to start.
The Wayfinding Career Program is for professionals who are ready to move, but want to see the path a little more clearly, need the right tools to help find the next step, and have people beside them who understand what this feels like.
Maybe you…
- Feel stuck in a role that no longer fits.
- Have been out of the job market for a while.
- Know what you want but don’t know how to get started.
- Are still figuring things out and the uncertainty is the hardest part.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
The Wayfinding Career Program is a structured, supported, small-group experience that takes you from gaining clarity on who you are and the qualities you need to thrive in the work you do, all the way through to practical job search strategies with the confidence to put what you learn into action.
What you’ll walk away with
Clarity on your strengths and direction Identify and get clear on the things you’re good at, what gives you energy, and the qualities in your career that align with who you are, not just what looks good on paper.
A practical job search strategy Learn where jobs actually live. Discover the hidden job market, and build a personalized outreach plan with the tools, templates, and techniques to take action.
Confidence to pursue what you want. Practice networking, interviewing, and presenting yourself in a safe space, with honest feedback, and with people who are in it with you.
What’s Included
8 Weekly Live Sessions Every Wednesday, 4-6 pm PT on Zoom. Two hours of facilitated learning, reflection, and practice, structured to build on each week’s work, focused on a range of topics with expert facilitators Andrea and Elena.
1-1 Coaching Sessions Individual coaching with Elena or Andrea is included in the program. Receive personalized support for where you’re at and what you need. Your space, your questions, and your pace.
A Real Community Limited to 15 people. This is not a course you take alone at your pace. It’s a cohort. A small group of professionals navigating the same thing, together.
The Career Wayfinder Workbook Andrea Fruhling’s Career Wayfinder (to be purchased separately) is your companion workbook throughout the program. Use it during and between sessions to deepen your exploration.
Practical tools and feedback Strategies to help you continue learning about who you are. Resume and cover letter review, interview practice, job search templates, and hands-on application work. Not just theory, tools you’ll use immediately.
Ongoing Support Access to resources, facilitators (not just during live sessions), and peer connections throughout the 8 weeks.
By the end of the program you will have:
- Identified your strengths, skills, and genuine career interests.
- Learned strategies to help you understand who you are that will increase your sense of hopefulness.
