Vantage Points mini-course
Overview
Vantage Points is an exercise that uses physical movement and visioning to help clients look to the future, identify strengths, and navigate uncertainty. Rooted in the ‘miracle question’ that emerged through solution-focused counselling, Dr. Norm Amundson adapted this initial question as discussed in his actively engaged body of work and writing (Active Engagement Anniversary Edition, Amundson, 2010). Building on this foundation, Andrea Fruhling has added additional depth and breadth to the exercise, creating more metaphoric opportunities for clients to explore the challenges and uncertainties they are experiencing.
